Some say that this mini already weighs over two tons.

I haven’t been following Binky. Is it good? I get my classic Mini stuff from Classic Mini DIY, Steventon Motor Co and Mighty Car Mods.

I like the format... I never really enjoyed MCM, I don’t like the host that much... and the other sources I’ve never actually dealt with...

It’s no escargot, that’s for sure!
I’m genuinely
impressed by this project.
I love the format, the attention to detail, and how there’s minimal outsourcing of work to third parties.
Nothing but respect from my end as a viewer!

Is it good?
It’s brilliantly detailed and informative, interesting with funny bits interspersed.
It’s been six years so far since they started it. They are doing it in there spare time while juggling families, jobs and general daily life.

Watched episode 1. I’m guessing that this will be interesting.

Ye’, it’s episode 26 today. The videos come out every two to three months, so pace yourself. Lol.
I don’t know much about mechanical s and fabrication but it’s addictive to watch.

It was looking almost done. Then they started working on the turbo placement and charge cooler. I completely forgot that was part of the package.

Agh, I hated that it ended right after they finished the collector... I wanted to see some turbo action.

I made it to episode 4. I’m wishing that they had weighed the car at the beginning and weighed all the bits that the cut off. Then we’d know how much of the original car was left.

As it goes on, your’ll realise how much is left of the original Mini as pieces get cut off here and there, then bits fabricated on, then how even some of the fabricated bits may themselves be re- fabricated again once or twice to make way for other bits.
